Shipping Times

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is 6–13 business days, depending on your location and carrier volume. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Delayed or Missing Delivery

Wrong or Damaged Order?

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vitaliocare.com and include a photo of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
